First of all Shirley-Rose Ltd don’t see their employees as staff but as an extension of their family, by building close relationships we produce strong, confident, competent carers.
When recruiting staff we don’t just look for work experience but for life experience as we are aware not all experience is good experience.
All staff successful at an interview will be provided with intense training and overseen by experienced, supportive, encouraging staff who will always be there to support and advice throughout your employment.
We know in domiciliary care the staff turnover is short, but Shirley-Rose Ltd aim is to change that by providing competitive pay, excellent training and work satisfaction. By doing this we plan to build an amazing team with excellent moral and amazing work ethic, so that our staff are motivated to go the extra mile.
At Shirley-Rose Ltd we understand the pressures of working and raising a family. I as the manager understand the pressure of working and raising a family. I am a mother of two beautiful teenagers with complex needs, aged 17 and 19 years of age. Shirley-Rose Ltd aim to be as flexible as possible with our staffs rota where possible due to the needs of our clients.
